Ingredients (8)

  • 4 Chicken Boneless Breasts
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2/3 cup Blue Moon Belgian White Beer
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4-6 tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Adding beer makes chicken tender and brings out the richer flavor. Since this dish is so creamy and tender that even kids love this dish.

Instructions

  1. 1Chop onion, mince garlic cloves and cut chicken breast into bite size. Sprinkle salt, pepper over chicken breasts and then coat them with flour.
  2. 2In a frying pan, heat butter and cook chickens until browns over medium heat. Then add onion and sauté until tender.
  3. 3Add beer, water, minced garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil
  4. 4Reduce heat and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
  5. 5Add heavy cream, stir well. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and place the dish on the serving dish.
