  1. 1In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, scallions, dill, chives, and salt. Pulse until everything’s combined and the consistency is somewhat loose.
  2. 2Scrape the mixture into a serving bowl, cover, and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
