Cranberry Shrub Spritz
Also known as drinking vinegars, fruit-infused shrubs were an early American favorite. With a top-off of club soda and a handful of ice, they become delicious impromptu spritzers.

- Ice cubes
- 2 ounces Cranberry-Apple Shrub
- 4 ounces club soda
Drop some ice cubes in a glass, add the shrub, and top off with club soda. Give it a quick stir and serve.
