Buffalo Chicken Tenders with Blue Cheese
1Make the sauce by combining the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. When sauce begins to bubble, reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, remove from heat and cover, set aside.
2Combine panko bread crumbs, flour, and spices in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
3Slice chicken breast in to six pieces. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then into the breading blend; then repeat the process so that each piece of chicken is double-coated.
