  • 1 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 T. Kosher salt
  • 1 T. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard powder

Instructions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.
  2. 2Bring to a boil.
  3. 3Reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until desired thickness. Stir occasionally.
