  • 新生姜  500g

<調味料>

  • 酢 2カップ
  • 砂糖 200g
  • 塩 適量
  • •2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour (Spoon and sweep method*)
  • •½ teaspoon of baking soda

新生姜の甘酢漬け

新生姜の季節に毎年作ります。たくさん作っておくとはしやすめに重宝しますよ。

Instructions

  1. 1新生姜の汚れを落とし、薄切りにして塩もみして1時間ほどおいておく。
  2. 2沸騰したお湯に[1]をいれ、さっと湯通しする。
  3. 3酢と砂糖を小鍋にいれて沸騰させ、冷ましておく。
  4. 4[3]に[2]をまぜて、煮沸した密閉容器にいれて出来上がり。みるみる薄いピンク色に変わってきれいですよ。
