Zov's @ John Wayne Airport | Orange County

Arriving early for my departure from SNA in October 2017, I had a chance to wander around the food vendors inside security. I've always been curious about Zov's bistros, and gave the airport counter a try.

I ordered the Soujouk breakfast wrap, $9.99, and watched the cook prepare it. The eggs were scrambled to order, fully set, but still very moist. The scramble was folded up in a tempered flour tortilla with lightly seared slices of soujouk and a mildly spicy and freshly made pico de gallo. Then the wrap was grilled on the flat top to add color and some crisper parts.

This might be the best thing I've eaten in an airport for ages. Textures were great and it was fresh and delicious. I'd get this again.
