I'm a food writer and a journalism student and I'm writing an article about the law that prohibits the sale of raw milk cheese aged under 60 days. I, myself, think the law is really silly, and I love young raw cheeses, Do you guys know if there's a place in New York where one can buy 'blackmarket' young raw cheeses? This article is only for class, not for publication, so don't worry about 'outing' a favorite source. I'm just really curious...I feel like there's got to be a way to buy the good stuff.
