New York Style Cornbread from whole foods

Not one of the recipes discussed is what they use.
the ingredients per the label:

unbleached unbromated wheat flour
corn meal
apples
apple juice
water
egg whites
natural food starch
organic fiber
baking soda
canola oil
Now if we could only get the quantities

It really is the best I have tasted an no doubt this is a guarded recipe or they would lose mega bucks!

I hope we can get someone to chime in with the amount to use
Also, take note, no baking powder or milk used and NO SUGAR, the apple juice is what makes it sweet
