I'm going to be dining at Yechon next week. I've seen from a few reviews that their soups and grilled meats appear to be the house specialties. But one of my fellow diners has confessed to a hankering for nak ji bokum, which is a stir-fried octopus and vegetable dish.
Has anyone had it at Yechon? How did it stack up in terms of chewiness and spicing? I've had this dish be blow-your-skull off hot on occasion, while other places make it assertively spicy but not quite so strong that you cannot taste the rest of the flavors of the dish.
Any other recommendations?
