This Year's Trip

Thanks to Chowhound, last year's trip to New Orleans (see link below for recap) was great. I'm heading back next week and am looking for assistance.

I prefer restaurants specializing in local fare (gumbos, creoles, etc) and, since I'm staying in the FQ, within walking distance.

I'll be going to KPauls when I arrive on Wednesday and will have time for four more dinners. So far I'm considering:

Court of Two Sisters
Mr. B's Bistro
one of: Red Fish Grill/Acme Oyster Bar/Felix's Oyster Bar (gotta have oysters!)
Alex Patout's
Gabrielle
Galatoire or Brigtsen's (posters to this site have nearly convinced me i have to go to Brigtsen's)

have yet to make it to Commander's Palace (is it great or just something i should do?)

Franky and Johnny's sounds like the place for crawfish, but is there any place in the FQ that specializes in crawfish?

I don't really have time for lunch every day, but will try to squeeze in Uglesich's and Liuzza's By The Track (since I'll be at the track every day).

Please let me know which of the restaurants i'm considering you would recommend and any i have overlooked.

Many Thanks!
