(sigh). All of my Chinese friends are away this year, and alas, I have no one to sit around and make jiaozi with for the Chinese New Year. I'd do it myself, but the last attempt went horribly awry (of course, if anyone has a good recipe...).
So - any suggestions? I'm just looking for the traditional jiaozi, boiled, then dipped in vinegar and hot sauce.
I've only tried Lao Sichuan's version (the bei fang shui jiao) and was pretty disappointed.
