New Years Eve!

Raids | Dec 15, 201012:02 PM

So, anybody else going out? Husband and I will be beat from holiday traveling, so we decided to go the restaurant route this year, but picked a kind of lively restaurant for the atmosphere - Cuba Libre. I figure their food is not overly complicated either, so if they can make great pork belly at noon on Friday, they can probably do just as well at 9pm on New Years Eve.

I'm quite sure this is one of those "stay home" restaurant nights, but I thought I'd ask what other people's experiences have been. Cuba Libre's package excludes alcohol, which is fine with me because I'm not sure we'lll really be drinking all that much, and if they included anything, I'm sure it would a sad version of a mojito (as opposed to the usual great mojitos - really, I had one the other day and I am picky as hell about mojitos, and it was great). It includes entertainment and dancing, so I'm looking forward to the people watching.
