Yay! I Made Pizza!

Yay! My first real attempt at pizza didn't turn out half bad...used a very simple dough recipe that required practically no kneading and baked on a pizza stone.....the crust came out so nice, thin and crisp with a little chew on the inside...used a can of organic diced tomatoes w/ italian seasoning and salt, red onions, jalapenos, pepperoni and fresh mozzarella...

the only problem was getting the pizza from the cutting board to the pizza stone. since the dough was so soft (from no kneading) and i didn't have a pizza peel, i had to use a ton of flour to keep it from sticking to the bendable cutting board so that it would slip off the board onto the pizza stone...didn't like having to dust off all that flour before eating, and i even got a mouth full of flour on one bite...

so then i tried using some parchment paper to lift it from one spot to another...i heard that i could just slide the parchment paper out from under the pizza once the pizza had cooked for a few minutes, but no such luck...the pizza ended up sticking to the parchment even when i floured it first and sprayed w/ olive oil...

i tried kneading the dough a little more and it was easier to slide it off the cutting board onto the pizza stone, but the pizza crust ended up tasting like domino's...

so if anyone can help me with this dilemma, i've got another ball of dough in the fridge that i'd like to try tomorrow...

Help?

btw, here is the recipe i used for the dough:

and here's a pic of the finished pizza...
