I know there have been lost of talk about these noodles on these boards but I was wondering if anyone might know their actual recipe for these. I have seen other places online were people talk about using sesame paste, black vinegar, chili oil and maybe soy sauce. I The color and taste of the sauce just doesn't seem to be those to me. Also how about the process of making the wheat gluten or the noodles. What kind of flour is used to make the dough before it is washed in water to separate the yeast. Any help would be appreciated!
