Around the world, around the block: Looking for an SF world-cuisine roundup

Hey all,

Since moving to SF from the hinterlands of NY about two months ago, I've been basking in all that is good about world cuisine in SF. Thanks in no small part to all the SF Chowhounders, I've been gorging myself on delicious eats from all over the planet. But now that I've had my lunch at Burma Superstar, my dinner at Tajine, and settled on my favorite bowl of Pho, I'm interested in branching out a bit--you know, to see (or taste, as it were) the rest of the world.

I'd love to hear about restaurants that specialize in the less "popular" ethnic cuisines--the stuff that the average person wouldn't even think to search for on the Chowhound board. Thus far, I've tasted Burmese, Moroccan, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Pakistani, Afghani, Mexican, Italian, French, and Greek (and probably a some others that I'm forgetting, as well as some regional variants of a few of these). What am I missing? Any Bosnian chow in these parts? Kashmiri? Lastly, for reasons that are entirely selfish (I have no car!), I'd like recommendations that are mostly in or around the city (i.e., bus-accessible or BARTable).
