New Wonton place on Noriega & 32nd

Nate | Apr 23, 2002 02:15 PM

I just ate at a new place on Noriega & 32nd (south side) that serves wonton(used to be a mexican place). The menu is typical of the Hong Kong wonton eateries. The wontons there resemble those I've had in Hong Kong most, namely they're all shrimp and very big. Most of the shrimp are not chopped up, but whole. Very sweet and "crunchy/snappy". The soup is not full of MSG. I brought my own hot sauce (I usually bring my own hot sauce when I eat wontons and dim sum), so it felt like I was back at my favorite wonton place in Hong Kong. I paid $4.60 for a bowl of five wontons w/o the noodles.
