So the whole name of the recipe is
White Turnip Rounds With Bulgur, Rice, and Lamb With Sizzling Tomato and Mint -- I mean, is this a gorgeous-sounding dish or what?
My problem is that I am making it tonight and didn't notice the recipe called for "medium-grain rice"
I have long-grain and short-grain but don't even know what medium-grain is. Should I lean toward the short-grain or what? It probably doesn't matter much.
I also noticed just now that the recipe title is LAMB with Sizzling, etc. and the recipe calls for 14 oz "ground beef".... I'm going with lamb. Weird mistake, though. I've never had any problems with incorrect instructions in the years I've been making Wolfert's recipes. She's one of my top 5 of all time.
I'll report the outcome.
