Winks BBQ and Mississippi Catfish share a space right next to a Smog Place in Richmond, CA - on San Pablo Ave. We went to have the catfish and fried shrimp/hush puppies but came away talking about the ribs - which were a gift from the BBQ guy after we finished our fish/seafood. My rib was tender, moist and flavorful with a nice smoke background - they're St Louis ribs - not much visible fat at all - meat wasn't dry or stringy. Excellent! The fry on the catfish and shrimp was nicely executed - not greasy at all. Well seasoned. The shrimp were tender. 12440 San Pablo Ave Richmond, CA
