another wine dilemma

We are going to have ham and smoked turkey. I can think of wines that would be fine with both ham and roast turkey, but the fact that the turkey will be smoked is throwing me off. Any suggestions?

Also, do y'all think traditional cornbread dressing would be OK with smoked turkey? I'm thinking about doing a cream cheese/sour cream-type mashed potato dish instead.
