My boyfriend and I have decided to start making our own bread... there's a recent thread that's very helpful, but I have a specific question about wheat gluten.
We want to make whole wheat bread, and the recipe we have calls for wheat gluten. We found what we thought was wheat gluten-- Bob's red mill Wheat Gluten Flour.
Please clarify for me: is this the kind of wheat gluten used for bread recipes? It's powdered and looks like flour, but the ingredients just list "wheat gluten." Sorry if this is a silly question, but we're bread making novices!
