My most used pan has always been a sauter pan in non stick.
Because I use it for frittatta/egg cake every other week and use it at least once a week for reheating leftovers from the day before.
Yesterday I made braised pork tenderloin and a chickpea coconut milk Indian inspired side dish with chilli & coriander.
Reheating it as leftovers today and the obvious pan choice was my trusty non stick sauter pan.
I own an array of other pans, but my most often used pan is my Mauviel M’Stone 24 cm non-stick sauter pan with lid.
