Westside Omekase?

Hey hounds,
I've always been more of an a la carte gal when it came to sushi, but a recent trip to Vancouver, jam-packed with omekase samplings, has got me curious as to what my hometown has to offer in the way of creative omekase. Price is less of a concern than is the overall quality of the food. Also, a traditional or authentic Japanese experience is less important to me, as I tend to favor menus that are a bit more creative. Above all, the quality of the fish is a top priority.
