Westside: Nepali (Indian-Tibetan): Tara's, definitely an option

I'm not one who'd usually post on such a restaurant but the graciousness of the owner of this new restaurant compelled me. I hope for her success. For home-style Indo-Tibetan food, including momos, various dal dishes and other Indian classics I heartily recommend a visit to this quiet restaurant. The dishes are more like what I've had in homes than in a restaurant: not greasy and overspiced, for example. The vegetable momos are distinctively flavored. Anyone looking for Indian food in this part of town should definitely give this place a shot. Their food is far better than the other Indian places I've tried around there (if you like the food more as it is prepared in homes).
