Let’s use this thread to share concise weekly dinner menus for each week in September. It's helpful if you can include your location and how many people you are feeding. Links to recipes are always appreciated, and sources help.
For me, the challenge of September is resisting over-buying the beautiful produce – all locally grown and at great prices (which aren’t so great if you wind up overstocked and tossing half of what you bought.) Planning saves time and money because you’re able to shop for just what you’ll use, and also able to simply begin cooking dinner without standing in front of the open fridge/pantry wondering “what should I make tonight”? And when unexpected events pop up, it’s usually easy to swap in another planned meal from the week, keep calm & cook on. We all know plans can change, so it’s fine (practically expected) when your week gets rearranged from your posted plan. You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others.
