Menu planning is an energy-saver: it frees you from standing in front of the open fridge/freezer wondering what to make! I’m hearing from friends that they’re turning more often to family-favorites menus, instead of exploring new recipes, both for ease of prep and the comfort of familiarity. Are you venturing into new cooking territories?
Are you over-stocking on fresh veggies & greens from your Farmers Market or CSA box? What are you grilling?
We all know plans can change, so it’s fine (practically expected) when your week gets rearranged from your posted plan. You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others.
