Or will you be inspired by the selected Dish of the Month (DOTM)? Voting is choosing okonomiyaki, or Dutch babies or no-knead bread.
My own spring cleaning goal this month is to look through my spices, last fully reorganized 4 years ago, and toss the ancient, never-used ones. Are you improving your cooking space this month?
We all know plans can change, so it’s fine (practically expected) when your week gets rearranged from your posted plan. With plan in hand it’s so much easier to flex/adapt, not just face the open freezer at 5 PM with a blank stare. You may choose to report actuals for the prior week to share ideas with others. It's helpful if you can include your location and how many people you are feeding. Links to recipes are always appreciated, and sources help.
