after wedding brunch recipes-need freezeable ones

My sister is getting married in June, and in the spirit of the weekend-long wedding phenomenon that seems to be popular these days, we are holding a post-wedding brunch on the day after the event. Since the days leading up to the wedding are going to be quite chaotic, and since I am not looking to wake up at 3 a.m. to prepare foods for the brunch, I am planning on making all of the homemade foods ahead of time (we are purchasing things like bagels and fruit salad). I was wondering if anyone had any recipes for things like quick breads, scones, muffins, quiche, etc. that they know freeze well? From my experience with baked goods, I am really not too concerned with how a few weeks in the freezer with affect things such as muffins, but if anyone has made specific recipes, or can refer me to websites that specifically focus on "make ahead and freeze" recipes, I'd probably feel more comfortable than I would just taking my chances and hoping things work. We are not having any homemade savory things other than the quiche, and we really are planning on having mainly things like breads, muffins, and maybe biscotti (nothing like danishes or cinnamon muffins). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
