I just watched a episode of Unwrapped on Food Network and saw (for the first time) a restaurant chain named, "Weber Grill". They cook using real charcoal briquettes in a souped up version of a Weber kettle. This takes place in view of customers. It looked really good and wondered if anyone on here had any takes on this business. After checking their website, I noted approx 4 restaurants and all appeared to be back East. I'm Arizona and sometimes So-Cal.
