I am so sad to say I have created one of my favorite soups
Unfortunately, I had made my own broth and was worried it was a little watery but thought that would be resolved once all the seasoning etc was added. Well, it didn't and I have a ton of soup that has bland broth!
Question, can I strain it and reduce it even though it already has salt and lemon added? Will this make it bitter because of the lemon?
I can't add bouillon because I am very sensitive to MSG.
