After a two and a half year pause, an Indian dish makes it back to Dish of the Month. This time, Vindaloo, a spicy and sour curry dish from Goa.
Choose whatever meat you want, but be on the lookout for Pork Vindaloo, since that's not very common in the Bay Area. To keep things lively, focus on places where you have not eaten Vindaloo before and report back. Bring pictures!
