I am not vegetarian or vegan...however, my new personal trainer is. My doctor strongly suggested that I get into shape due to high blood sugar and high choloesteral. So I am doing it. Hey..I am fat. I am an out of shape chowhound. Must I give up taste?
My trainer suggested whole foods (grains,legumes,veggies,some fruits) etc. I am just beginning. I will eat fish and some chicken.
Any help for this newbie on her way to good health?
