I am looking to expand my home-sooking repertoire. I had a great plan about a year ago to have "Italian month" followed by "Chinese month" and "Thai month" where I would procure all necessary ingredients to delve into a particular kind of cooking. After procuring the wonderful and fabulous cookbook by Jack Bishop, The Complete Italian Vegetarian Cookbook, I confess that I have been stuck in "Italian month" for a year now! I am ready to move beyond pasta, risotto, pizza, and polenta to another kind of food, but now realize the virtues of having such a wonderful cookbook as my guide. Do people have favorite VEGETARIAN cookbooks of different sorts of cooking? I am particularly interested in Chinese cooking, but am floundering to find a good vegetarian one.
