Looking for great tasting and not time-consuming recipes/cookbooks using vegetarian and fish/seafood ingredients.
AVOID meat, poultry, and dairy.
I already have lots of vegetarian cookbooks, including Madison (disappointing, blah) and Moosewood collections, but need more exciting recipes.
My current favorites are:
