Veal parmesan, in which the veal is fried and then the veal, the sauce, the cheese, etc is put into an oval baking dish and baked and then SERVED in the same dish it was baked in, is what I am looking for. The key is being served in the same dish (in addition to the ingredients being good). I have found 2 restaurants that made it that way and they are now both gone. This is what I crave. Any ideas?
