Two SF Chowhounds eager to savor regional Chinese dishes while in Vancouver. Would love to numb the tongue on some spicy Szechuan noodles and other dishes. Can anyone help with the difference between the two Szechuan Chongqing and which is better food.
If there is somewhere else I should be looking for Szechuan food, or other regional Chinese places (other than Cantonese), would appreciate the advice.
