What's unusual to order at Le B? Whole Red Snapper?

johannabanana | Sep 21, 201011:58 AM     3

Trying Le Bernardin for dinner for the first time, very excited and wondering if there are any quieter stand-outs, more under the radar, i.e. neither the foie gras&tuna nor the surf&turf? The whole red snapper that has to be ordered ahead looks intriguing but, from what I've researched, its presentation might be more impressive than its flavour. (Although now seems a good time for the market vegetables.)

Any advice much appreciated!
