Might be a dumb question but I love uni shooters and quail egg shooters that you order at sushi places and need to know if I'm "eating" them correctly. Usually I take one mouthful and chew it, and then take the rest in another mouthful. Normally, 1 shooter will give me 2 mouthfuls. Is this correct or do you shoot them like a liquor shot? The latter doesn't seem right to me b/c of the contents in the shooter and it seems like a waste for the fish to just be guzzled down your throat without actually tasting it. Plus they usulaly have shots of tabasco in it and I'd probably choke on that if I took these shooters as a shot.
