Christmas Eve ham, and. . .Christmas Day Dinner Turkey. . . Easter Ham. In a fit of pique, my mother "allowed me to make Christmas Eve Dinner. . .I did a French menu, starring Coq au Vin. Next year was my sister's turn and she did Chinese. . .a stir-fry. Each of us using authentic recipes (mine from French class; hers from a a native Chinese woman in NYC. Do you do anything "different" from family, cultural, etc. traditions? Thanks!
