What are the unconscious motives that are at work in determining what beer one chooses?
I for one, had turned my nose up at Craft beer due to experiences in bars that serve the stuff.
I have yet to consult psychoanalysis as to why I find Port Jeff and Bronx Pale Ale to be so good.
Out of a can and sipping these beers, brought the flavor and color of the beers, to all necessary regions of my tongue.
I have since had ACBC. Lower East Side. If there is any unconscious motive to liking this, I have not a clue.
