Ultimate Question: Commanders v. Galatoire's v. Clancy's v. Upperline

Local grad student trying to find the best fine dining to take a date out on. These four seem to be the top contenders, so which is best? Food, atmosphere, romance, drink specials/atmosphere, price range(not as important) are all important factors.

Also, for the pick, what's best ordering/asking - any inside knowledge?. What are reservation standards, dress standards(nice dress pref. but will adjust)?

As for drinking, I prefer to bring in a bottle of something unique and pay a corkage fee, where is/is not this acceptable/frowned upon.
Furthermore, any good recommendations on different/unique wines to bring to the place to compliment the menu?

Also - If you have a restraunt that you think is better, would make a great impression let me know.

I'll buy a drink sometime for anyone w/ a decent answer....

I know this is a lot of questions, but any answers are greatly appreciated, and I'll give back to the board by contributing my knowledge to bars and bar food in the garden district/warehouse/french/and uptown.
