UK-published Chinese/Indian/Thai cookbooks

I am in the US and will be ordering Meera Sodha's new Fresh India cookbook from the Amazon UK site after it is released, since it doesn't have a US publication date yet and, more importantly, will be in metric units/have weights.

Given that there is a flat £4 charge per single UK-to-US delivery for any number of books, and the fact that the pound-dollar exchange rate is favorable to me at the moment, I was wondering if fellow posters might have any thoughts on Chinese, Indian or Thai cookbooks published in the UK (and available on Amazon UK) that would be worth considering adding to my order.

In general, I have a fairly good collection of cookbooks already so I'm really only asking for books beyond the "EZ Chinese 101" level type books. I'm thinking either books that are completely unavailable/expensive to source in the US, or books that are available in the US but have a metric version available for the UK, and are distinctive/good enough to be worth purchasing.

Specifically, I already have/know of Fuchsia Dunlop's books and have Made in India.

I'm aware there might be very few answers to this given how globally available many books are these days but I thought I'd ask!
