I'm seriously considering booking a weekend at Twin Farms Inn during the fall of 2005. One major question: how good is the food? Compared to almost any other accomadations, the place is really, really expensive. So, for me, the food will be the deciding factor.
Here's my question: how does the food compare to the country's best restaurants? (E.g. Charlie Trotter's, Inn at Little Washington, Picasso, Le Bec Fin, Spago when it was good . . .you get the idea.) Would you pay upwards of $200 a head for a dinner there with a bottle of mid-priced wine?
