Best Turkish / Souflaki ? A Casting Call!

OK Looking for 2 things here

1. The best Souflaki in town
Greek / Turkish (I dont care) but with great bread and an excellent overall experience

(my current favs are Greek Corner (Camb/Arl line)
downside being they insist on lying about their meat
and insisting their Pork is Lamb, I mean whats up with that?
still its a more than passable souflaki, and they are pleasant folks
and
the Turkish Kebab Caffeteria place in brookline village...
---------------------------------------
2. Is There a better Turkish Restaurant than the upscale
one on Comm Ave out by Brighton?
They are a little pricy for what you get, but respectable food.
and that place in the Financial District that does mostly lunches,(counter service w/ upstairs seating,
pretty authentic, but its not open when you want to eat,
and you can't get there easily
(my favorite no nonsenseTurkish place was the one
right down at the end of Charles St. that make great
Iskandar, Adanna and other kebabs all to the sound
of turkish football on tv. They seem to have vanished! )

All suggestions, all price levels welcome!
