OK, had some leftover turkey from Thanksgiving that I shredded and froze. Yesterday decided to make some Chili with it and took it placed the meat in the fridge all day. When I reached home I started making the chili and added the thawed meat towards the end. BTW, the Chili came out lovely, really good batch.
However, I'm leaving for FL tomorrow morning and have LOTS left. My question is can I freeze it? Can't eat it all today and don't want to waste either. Is it safe? Thanks hounds and Happy New Year!!!
