I think I saw a post a week or so ago about cooking tuna. Am going out to dinner tonight, so wanted to eat light at lunchtime. Had a beautifull piece of tuna at home, and decided it would make a tasty lunch.
Preheated the foreman grill while I as in the shower. SEasoned the tuna ( heavily) with sea slat and pepper, rubbed with just a bit of oil, and tossed it on the foreman. Let it cook for about thiry seconds, turned to get nice grill marks, and cooked for thiry more seconds. Voila! Delicious tuna sashima! Just enjoyed it with some wasabi.
Don't know who posted about cooking tuna this way- but it is a great way to cook fish for a brown bag lunch.
