My friend and I dined at Tulsa Rib Company in Orange the other night. We both shared the Baby back rib feast for two which was a full rack and a half. The sides were a choice of Tabooli and cole slaw with cornbread muffin along with choice of potatoes and a cup of cream corn. We each decided on the Tulsa potatoes which are like cottage fries in the shape of a ruffle potato chip.
The pork ribs were so tender and meaty they just fell off the bone. No steak knife was given and none was needed! It was more like a pork roast than ribs since the meat was moist and succulent. The sides were tasty and complimented the ribs quite well. There was more than enough food for both of us with a slab of ribs left over. The service was prompt, helpful, and attentive. The specials looked good too featuring Filet brochettes and a half slab of ribs for $15.95. There was even a good looking dessert list for those who have room.
