Tufano's Advice Results

You were all so kind to help me find a restaurant in Chicago or a casual business dinner. After numerous suggestions I chose Tufano's out by UIC.

There were 26 of us and they managed to seat us around one big table, great for stories and camraderie. We ate and ate amd ate the following:

Calamari, Salad, Lemon Chicken, Pasta with Oil & Garlic, Fettucini Alfredo, Sausage and Meatballs, Penne Pasta with Red Sauce. An assortment of deserts were excellent, especially the raspberry ice cream covered in Chocolate.

Pricing was fair, a chowhound's dream!

Downside......We all came from different directions at different Convention hotels and not one cab driver was able to get any of the party there without a struggle, must be a well kept secret.

NO CREDIT CARDS! Normally I have no problem with this, but you would think that when you make a reservation for 25, they might inform you that they do not accept credit cards! It's a good thing my wife came with me to Chicago, because she had a checkbook, we might still be there doing dishes!

Thanks for your help...I'll be back!
