Truffles and Wine

On Saturday I am planning to get together with good friends to have a lunch based on white truffles and some excellent wine (a friend is offering up his stock of 1961 Barolo). I am planning to start off with a simple pasta dish with shaved truffles, but am struggling a bit for the next course. Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
