I know there are some people living or who have lived in Spain on this board, so I'm hoping someone has a tried and true authentic paella valenciana recipe (with chicken, beans, etc.). And while I'm at it, a paella de mariscos as well (I'm planning to use prawns, mussels and perhaps squid). For myself I usually just ad lib, but this time I'm making lots of paella for guests, and I'd like to have a recipe I know someone else has had success with. I have access to all the requisite ingredents, and am fine with recipes in Spanish and with metric measures. Thanks!
